Was there between 9:41-10:34 am 10/16/17 and was surprised (after trying three of them), none of the computers were on. After I got someone to turn them on, a block kept coming on saying computer could not scan my documents. I turned to the copier and found it could only do copies individually as the doc stacker was not functional. After two other people did their copies, the copier said it "needed service". It was only after the security guard, Ahleisha, came over to assist that I was able to make my copies. I then gave them to the individual behind the glass that took them. I can only pray that they reach my worker (who works somewhere in this office). I thanked the security guard that went above and beyond her duties. Thank you Ahleisha! You are the only benefit to this office.
The young woman who is my worker was so rude. I paid taxes all my life and at age 52 I need help that ive contributed into. She was not professional and it makes me wonder what schoo let her graduate. Why would they hire someone who cant even speak properly. Who says um on their voicemail. I will be calling her supervisor tomorrow. Why would you disrespect someone who needs assistance for any reason. You dont know what we are going through. Who raised this girl with a job that she obviously cant handle? Wolves?

This place is a joke!!!! I literally have called 16 times and after 5 or 6 minutes of ringing i get hung up on. Im going in for heart surgery next week and have called 4 different people.. 2 being "supervisors" and not a single call back since august25th and its now october 6th. They will not even give me a number to call someone above them.
