This place has a nut for a managef. My sister is living there currently and he keep shutting her water off. She has only been their since june and they keep turning her water off. The entire bill is 89. And was dues august 23. He has removed pipes that our family has paid and installed. Also, wrote her threating her with calling cps on Her because they shut the water off and called and had her electricity turned off. Ive already contactes rhe city of inkster and also have been called the wayne county health department. Next, i will be contacting the news stations to let them figure out why they think they can illegally turn the water off.
Nice place to live. Good value for the money. Friendly people & great manager mr. Bill. Bill is stern but fair. He runs a tight ship and effectively deals with issues. He is responsive to the residents of the mobile home park. I feel safe living here.
